The horizontal cartoner is used for packing products individually or collectively in packages in a cardboard box. Each cycle consists of separate activities that, when combined, present a fully integrated system. The presented cartoner is designed and manufactured following the guidelines provided by the customer. It is a fully automated line for which we offer additional options such as adding a leaflet. Individual products can be grouped into a collective package, and then they are pushed into a previously unfolded cardboard box. The next step is to close the internal and external flaps by the machine and return the final product. The carton can be closed on the device by closing and mechanical bending in the case of cartons with locks, or by applying HOT MELT glue and closing the outer flaps. The products most often dedicated to this type of cartooning machine are individual – bottles, sachets, and collectively – blisters, bags, sachets, and boxes. The device is available in powder-coated and stainless steel versions.
