The automatic packaging line of the UNILINE series offers the possibility of quick size change and adjustment of settings to a specific package format. The machine automatically collects unit packages from the conveyor belt of the previous device located in the technological line, groups the items into collective packages, “closes” them in a foil sleeve and pushes them onto the receiving table. Then the formed package is taken through the tunnel conveyor belt to the heating chamber, where Shrinking and passing through the cooling system (which gives the final shape to the seal) is fed to the receiving roller table. This process is fully automatic, without human intervention and a short series. Conversion takes a few minutes, including changing the foil, which is especially used in companies from the logistic (co-packing), food, and producers of candles and cartridges. The packaging machine eliminates the problems associated with the low efficiency of traditional packaging techniques and significantly shortens the cycle of production. The packaging line has a fully electric control of the speed of the conveyors, which synchronize with the electric pushing drawer, so that each time we can eliminate the process of tipping over the packaging, especially in the case of packing highly unstable products. The products most often packed on the shrink wrapping line are cans, jars, bottles, cartons, canisters, trays, inserts, candles, etc.
