The MINIBLOCK production line is dedicated to dispensing and closing small packages with a capacity of 10ml. The modularity of the device allows you to configure it according to your needs. As standard, the line is equipped with a pouring station with the possibility of increasing the number of fillers, a module for applying a nut and a station for tightening previously applied nuts. The MINIBLOCK production line can also be equipped with a closing application station such as a pipette, pump, atomizer or throat sprayer. The device can also be equipped with internal insert application stations. After closing the packages, the device can additionally control the correctness of closing by verifying the position of the cap. The device in the form of a monoblock, it can optionally also be equipped with a feeding table with a scraper, automatic closure sorters, conveyors of various lengths, a labeling machine, and a receiving buffer table. The small dimensions of this bottling and closing line allow it to be placed in non-large rooms/zones intended for the bottling of liquids requiring special hygienic conditions.
