The OW2-E-C pallet wrapping machine is equipped with a readable and user-friendly 4.3-inch touch control panel, which allows us to instantly change and set the machine parameters. Thanks to the use of a motorized stretch at the level of 200%, we can achieve savings in the film, and by adjusting the strength of its tension on the products, we obtain the most optimal effect, while significantly reducing packaging costs. It is designed for wrapping all kinds of loads on pallets with stretch film. The “E” platform has a space-saving cutout and easier access for pallet trucks.
System of preliminary, motorized film stretching, Type “C”
Type “C” is a motorized, single-engine pre-system that allows the film to stretch consistently at 200%. The film is stretched inside the head between two rubber-coated rollers, which allows the use of already stretched film, especially useful for packing delicate and easily deformable products. It is possible to obtain an additional stretch between the dispensing roller and the load.
