The TB-250 automatic tubing machine is designed for filling and closing plastic tubes. The machine operator’s task is to fill the magazine with empty packages. The tubing machine automatically takes the packages and places them in the table socket, stabilizing the product at the same time. The tube is then oriented according to the marker, which ensures that each package is closed in the same proper way. After positioning, the tube is filled with the pre-set quantity of medium, selected from the control panel. Then the place where the welding is made, is heated by hot air. In the next step, the tube is sealed and the excess packaging is cut off. The finished product is ejected from the socket of the tube machine outside the machine area. The product level sensor in the tank monitors the level of the medium, preventing its leaks. The machine is equipped with servo drives, thanks to which its operation runs smoothly, quickly and as efficiently as possible. The tubing machine has a TOUCH PANEL display, which is very simple and intuitive to use. Equipped with a water cooling system. Thanks to its design, the machine has a very fast socket exchange system, which allows you to pack several types of products on one machine. Conversion of the tubing machine to a different packaging format takes only a few minutes.
