Unit cartoners allow you to pack the product into a small cardboard box. These devices enable its application both individually and in some cases collectively depending on the type of product. The layout of the machine can be horizontal or vertical, taking into account inserting the product into a cardboard box. Cartoners have several additional options, such as a leaflet application, an adhesive system, a pre-grouping conveyor, or a system that automatically applies the product by carrying the product. Packaging devices in a cardboard box have a compact design, thanks to which the production area can be optimized concerning the needs. Cartoners are available in fully automatic and semi-automatic versions - where the operator is responsible for the application of the product to the index conveyor or the target packaging.
