The OW2-O-C pallet wrapper is equipped with a readable and user-friendly 4.3-inch touch control panel, which allows us to quickly change and set the machine parameters. Thanks to the use of a motorized stretch at the level of 200%, we can achieve savings in the film, and by adjusting the strength of its tension on the products, we can obtain the most optimal effect. It is designed for wrapping all kinds of loads on pallets with stretch film. The “O” platform is dedicated to loading pallets with forklifts, but additionally, as an option, the wrapping machine can be fitted with an access ramp or a groove form to facilitate access to the turntable with manually operated devices.
System of preliminary, motorized film stretching, Type “C”
Type “C” is a motorized, single engine pre-system that allows the film to stretch consistently at 200%. The film is stretched inside the head between two rubber-coated rollers, which allows the use of already stretched film, especially useful for packing delicate and easily deformable products. It is possible to obtain an additional stretch between the dispensing roller and the load.
