The MULTIPACK I 1000 packaging line is dedicated to packaging in polyethylene (LDPE) polyolefin foil in the form of a semi-sleeve. Particularly dedicated to packing table tops, furniture fronts, wooden boards and large-width glass forms. The device collects products coming from the previous line or placed by the operator, then places them in a foil sleeve, and then the products are welded. In the last phase, the product enters the shrinking chamber, which gives the final, aesthetic effect of the packaged product. The system allows you to set process variables as well as read the values of variables, events and alarms. The applied solutions and technical improvements determine the quality and reliability of the machine as well as ensure safe operation. The MULTIPACK I 1000 shrink wrapping line is a machine adapted to packing products up to a width of up to 950mm. When packing wide products, it is necessary to switch on a vacuum pump, which is adapted to the machine structure. Thanks to its use during the entry of the product, even guidance of the foil is ensured, thanks to which the final effect in terms of aesthetics is maintained at a very high level. The device contains a very large number of settings of operating parameters, thanks to which we can perfectly match the recipe for a given product. The machine can be equipped with additional feed conveyors.
