In the first section, a lid is applied to the jar, while in the second section, the package is closed. Both activities are performed at the same time, which results in maximum efficiency. The indicator of correct closure is the torque or pressure set from the control panel. The device is equipped with servo axes thanks to which we have full control over the process. Each axis has an independent speed control. The history of the entire process, including statistics and alarms, is available from the control panel. Program selection for a particular nut is also available from the operator panel. The device is equipped with a station that verifies the correctness of the spin with recoil.
